MARY RODGERS – Chief Executive Officer
After a successful career in NY, Mary returned to Ireland in 2007 to set up Stateside Solutions. She identified a niche in the market and noticed that there were a lack of companies specializing in U.S. market entry strategy and execution for foreign owned SMEs. With her knowledge and expertise of the U.S. market and knowing what businesses need to succeed, Stateside Solutions was created; serving as a bridge for foreign owned SMEs entering the U.S.
Mary has worked with clients from Enterprise Ireland, Invest NI, and IE Singapore and runs U.S. market entry programs both on a voluntary and paid basis for companies considering entering the U.S. marketplace. “You can never be too prepared, companies need to take the time to understand both the opportunities and the cost of doing business in the U.S. Planning will lead to increased efficiency and a faster ROI.”

A graduate of the renowned Michael Smurfit School of Business and with a well grounded background in many commercial projects both in the U.S. and in Ireland, Tracey has the passion and the resources to develop and promote any brief assigned to her. KATHI DILLON – Business Development Project Manager
With a track record of 15 years in growing projects and businesses, Kathi has a commitment to building and managing innovative enterprises in both the public and private sectors. Her speciality is making connections between people, agencies and services, and turning concepts to lasting success through persistence, intuitive analysis, research and hard work. Her passion is helping people identify and reach their goals, in business, career planning, education, training and building support systems for families, schools and communities.
